Shanghai Zi Yan Injection Moulding Co., Ltd, is a joint venture between Shanghai Zijiang Group and Japan TSUBAMEX. It is one of the largestest injection moulding company in China with US＄8 million of registered capital, US＄20 million of total investment and 25,000 square meters of flat area.

The company has 27 sets imported injection machines and has specialized in injection moulding for 10 years. It boasts various secondary-processing capabilities, such as spray-painting, sikl-screen printing, hot stamping,ultrasonic welding, HF(High frequency) welding, hot-plate welding assembly and can meet every requirement from customers. Most of our customers are wirld knowned companies, including HITACHI, SHARP, SANYO, WHIRLPOOL, SONY, SAMAUNG, JVC,TCL, 3M, JINBEI GM and Shanghai Volkswagen.

The company was certified ISO 9000 in 1996 and thus completed its quality assurance sytem. And QS 9000 certification was finished in the end of 2001. Currently all the company' operations are in strict accordance with the requirements if QS 9000 so that all of our customers can enjoy high quality products and satisfactory services.

With continous improvement in the mold manufacture, we separated the former mold dept in Nov. 1999 and set up Shanghai Ziyan Mould Industrial Co., Ltd in Jinqiao Development Zone of Pudong New Area. We are very proud of the modern mold company.
